Mindset Methodology
“When the heart, mind, and body align you can lead, perform, and live with clarity.”
How Kate Works
Kate’s work brings together leadership facilitation, mindset coaching, and a trauma-informed understanding of human behaviour. Drawing from decades of lived experience inside the dance world, she supports dancers, educators, parents, and studio leaders navigating the pressures of high-performance environments.
Her approach recognises that performance, leadership, wellbeing, and relationships are often deeply connected.
Leadership & Business Facilitation
Kate completed four years of leadership facilitation training in human behaviour through Global One Training, where she became a certified facilitator.
She applies selected elements of this work to support communication, conflict resolution, perspective shifting, relational dynamics, and leadership decision-making.
This work is also grounded in twenty-three years of professional experience as the owner of a dance school and dancewear business. During this time, she built, led, and later sold both businesses in 2022, leading a team of fifteen staff and supporting a community of three hundred students.
Mindset Coaching
Kate completed practitioner certification in International Society of Neuro-Semantics and the Meta-States model. These frameworks continue to inform aspects of her work in confidence, self-leadership, and performance mindset.
Her coaching supports clients in understanding how thoughts, interpretations, and internal dialogue influence performance under pressure.
This includes areas such as feedback sensitivity, perfectionism, comparison, self-doubt, and performance anxiety. Clients develop greater awareness of these patterns, helping them respond with more clarity, emotional regulation, and flexibility in both performance and leadership contexts.
Wellbeing & Trauma-Informed Lens
Kate’s background and qualifications in somatic practices, including breathwork, bodywork, reiki, and meditation, inform her understanding of the relationship between physiological regulation, stress, and performance.
She supports clients in developing greater awareness of their nervous system and building regulation capacity as part of sustainable wellbeing and performance.
Kate is currently undertaking a Diploma of Counselling through Institute of Applied Psychology alongside advanced training in Compassionate Inquiry by Dr. Gabor Máte. These studies continue to deepen her understanding of communication, emotional wellbeing, attachment patterns, and human behaviour.
Professional Approach
Kate’s work is coaching, facilitation, and psychoeducational in nature. It focuses on developing insight, awareness, relational skill, behavioural clarity, and healthier performance environments.
It does not provide psychotherapy, clinical diagnosis, or medical treatment.
